I am a North Carolinian born and raised, and I am very particular about my Eastern NC BBQ. I thought Mojo's NC pulled pork sandwich was absolutely up to par--spicy, vinegary and delicious!! The cole slaw is also great (and I'm picky about my slaw, too!!), and if you like mac and cheese you HAVE to get that as a side it was soooooo good. We actually ordered delicious and even with the 15min drive it was just as fresh/warm as if we had dined in. The pulled pork leftovers also lasted me 2 extra meals lol so they definitely don't skimp on sides.

Had a great meal here. The food was really very good. The pulled pork is amazing. In the sandwich...great! In the quesadilla...great! Plain on the plate...also great. The North Carolina pork was awesome. The sweet tea, fries, bacon burger, and baked beans were also very tasty. Now the service was pleasant but slow (and the restaurant was very empty at the time...we might have been the only ones in there). And the tables were strangely, uncomfortable sticky. Not just as in the sense that sticky tables feel gross, but the menus had to be literally peeled away from the tables because they stuck so badly. Really didn't understand what was going on with that. But otherwise, I certainly would recommend it.

We walked about 20 minutes back to our car and lunch spot. Mojo city BBQ did not disappoint!! My oh my the options; definitely unlocked a new favorite place to eat. The wide range of platter to bbq really peaked my interest; it was hot so I decided on a smoked Turkey salad with tomato and cucumbers. I also got a side of the BBQ pit beans. Wow! The meal I had was one of the best smoked Turkey salads I've had in a long time. Our server Elena was attentive and very professional as well. My fiancé got the platter with chicken and brisket which comes with green beans and Texas toast. We both got waters for drinks. The inside restaurant is very spacious with covered patio seating outside as well. 10/10

Food is excellent! We enjoyed lunch outside under an umbrella with family. I ordered a Brisket with coleslaw, but others ordered Turkey or Pulled Pork. Everyone enjoyed their meal!

We got here at 4:30pm before the crowd. Food came out hot and so good. Service was quick restaurant was clean. The chipotle sauce is my favorite. Chicken wings, onion rings and French fries were so good. If you go when it's not crowded the food is fresher and better!

We've heard great things about this restaurant and decided to drop in. We sat outside and it was a beautiful cool night. We had the burnt end appetizer which was great and my friend had brisket he absolutely loved it I liked my fried chicken. The best part of this night was Madi our server. So sweet and on top of it with a great personality and really connected with us. Great job Madi and Mojo!

Great place! A bit off the normal path but well worth a look. Great ambiance with superb burnt ends and wings! Well worth a visit if you are a BBQ lover. Seating both inside and out with a huge bar area. Staff was fast and friendly. Pricing was on-par for the area. Definitely check this place out!
